A delightful and relatively small automaton clock from Cornwall, by J. Walkey, of St Columb.
 
The well proportioned mahogany case with high swept horns on the hood.
 
The twelve inch break arch dial with an automaton of a rocking ship in the arch, well painted decoration in the corners, subsidiary dials for seconds and in lovely original condition.
 
It has an eight day duration four pillar movement.
