Arundel Clocks has dated this piece to the 1890s.
I have for sale a mahogany inlaid mantle clock made in France around 1890-1920s in very good original condition.
The Case
The case is in solid mahogany and stands 15cm high x 22cm wide with a depth of 8cm it is in very good original condition very well looked after and has been waxed regularly over its lifetime, standing on brass feet and the dial covered in a convex glass in a brass bezel.

The Dial
The dial is signed by the retailer G Kuss & Sons Newcastle-Upon-Tyne.

The Movement
The movement is an eight-day time only, the clock runs for eight days, via a top platform so no need for a level surface.
The clock runs fine the original key is present.
Overall a beautiful mantle clock that looks great on display keeping good time and looking even better. The photos do not do justice to this beautiful old clock.
I will post worldwide.
