Description

A beautiful Geo III bracket clock, the dial signed for Thomas Howard of London, The clock dates from around 1800 and is in lovely unrestored condition.

The 8 day fusee muvement strikes the hours on a bell. It has an attractive painted dial and cut steel hands.

The very smart case is in mahogany with brass mouldings. The pad top has its original carrying handle and at the sides are silk lined fish scale sound frets, There are similar fret panels to the front.

The case is in excelent unrestored condition and is a lovely colour. The back door has some damage to the LH side.

The movement is in good working order and keeping good time.
