Large Timepiece Carriage Clock

19th century
Description

A large corniche case carriage clock, having bevel edge glass and an oval top window.

The white enamel dial is signed by the retailer " RJ Botley Burnham".

It has an 8 day movement with a lever platform(France, c. 1890) .

Dimensions

9.50cm wide 18.00cm high 8.50cm deep (3.74 inches wide 7.09 inches high 3.35 inches deep)

Current Condition

The brass case has been polished and lacquer so it will not tarnish. The movement has been serviced and is guaranteed for 12 months. The top platform has been replaced. (our professional servicing includes cleaning, any necessary bushing, pivot polishing, testing and timing)
