Description

A fine English Bracket Clock C 1820 with convex painted dial signed R.M.Lashmar, Brighton. the doublle fusee movement striking on a bell, in a flame mahogany case. The movement backplate engraved to the outer edges, the reversse of the dial also bearing the name Lashmar- Richard Marchant Lashmar, recorded as trading in Brighton C 1822. Overall size 18 ins x 12 ins x 7.5 ins.
