Oak Ting Tang Bracket Clock- 1857

Description

A mid Victorian oak bracket clock. The bell top case, in the late 17th Century has a carved top and door. The brass dial has cherub spandrels and a silvered chapter ring. The 8 day movement chimes the quarters on two gongs and strikes the hours on one. The movement is stamped "Lenzkirch 15474"

Current Condition

The case has been professionally restored with a wax finish, the dial is in original condition. The movement has been serviced and is guaranteed for 12 months (our professional servicing includes cleaning, any necessary bushing, pivot polishing, testing and timing)
