Description

This is an unusual silver-plated spoon warmer.

It carries the maker's mark for Henry Wilkinson & Co, Sheffield, and dates from the mid-Victorian era. The slightly bulbous body stands well on four feet and the carrying handle is well-attached. The base has a simple screw opening to allow the hot water to be stored. The plating is in excellent condition. There are a couple of small dings o the body, but nothing unexpected for an item of this age.
