English Bracket Clock

1900 - 1920
Description

A solid mahogany bracket clock, having a break arch case, surmounted by brass corner finials. The base has brass inlay and quarter section side columns with brass capitals. The convex dial has a thick bevel edge convex glass. The sides has fret work panels. It has an 8 day gong striking movement with a lever platform. Made by the Astral clock company. c.1920 . Price includes delivery within the UK on this item.

Current Condition

The case and dial have been profesionally restored in our own workshops. The movement has been serviced and is guaranteed for 12 months. The brass has been polished and lacquered so it will not tarnish (our professional servicing includes cleaning, any necessary bushing, pivot polishing, testing and timing)
