Longcase Movement by John Innkpen, Horsham

18th century
Description

A nice 18th cent longcase clock movement by John Inkpen of Horsham, Sussex. He is listed as working from 1726 to 1759. The single handed 30hr birdcage movement strikes the hours on an original bell. It has a nice 10” brass dial with cast brass spandrels.

It appears to be complete and runs with pressure on the wheels. There is no pendulum or weight.

We prefer you to collect but if you can’t we can arrange packing and postage in UK for £20.00, for other destinations please email for a quotation.
