Masons Antiques has dated this piece to the 1800s.

The case is beautifully polished with a lovely rich patina and showing the satinwood inlay and box stringing to full effect. It has a glazed aperture to the top and a gilt brass carrying handle.
The full sized, white enamelled dial has black Roman numerals, and nicely cut hands. It is in immaculate condition with no chips, cracks or crazing and is signed with the makers name HRY. MARC. A PARIS. It is shielded to the front by a lift out glass panel.

The 8 day movement strikes on a bell on the half-hour and the hour and has an outside countwheel. It has just been fully serviced by our Bhi registered staff and carries our usual 12mths full parts and labour guarantee. It is complete with it's original winding key.
A beautiful clock of small proportions that is in immaculate condition throughout.
