Antique Boulle Clock

Description

A superb example of a red boulle mantle or table clock by Japy Freres C. 1880 with floral basket finial to the concave pediment, fitted grill applied to the case sides, marquetry floor and intenal rear door, superb ormolu mounts and mouldings with fretted work of excellent quality and condition. The 4 ins dial with porcelain cartouches bearing roman numerals. All in exceptional condition, fully guaranteed. Outstanding clock. Approx 37 cms tall x 18 cms max across the feet and 12 cms front to back.
