Pretty Rosewood Inlaid Mantle Clock by Le Roy of Paris

Description

This is a pretty 19th century rosewood mantle clock with satinwood inlaid designs of birds and flowers. The clock has a silvered dial with roman chapter ring and a good quality twin barrel movement with outside countwheel striking a lovely tone on a bell on the hour every hour. The clock has a silk suspension and the movement is signed to the backplate by the maker Le Roy Paris. This is in excellent running order and is a nice neat size measuring 22.5 cms high.
