The bell top Mahogany case with brass handles over glazed arched door with silvered sight ring.
Flanked with canted and reeded corners over stepped base.
Brass ogee bracket feet.

The silver brass dial with applied chapter ring, with Roman numerals and minute markers, fitted with fine quality blued steel hands. A further two more dials, one for regulating the speed and one for the chime/silent.

The heavy brass plated movement being 8 day and chiming on four gongs and striking on a enlarged fifth gong. With fitted repeat.
The clock is made by the acclaimed firm of WINTERHALDER and HOFMEIER and is sublime quality, with anchor escapement and a heavy pendulum with rise and fall adjustment.

The back plate is signed W & H.
comes with its original bracket, all in practically untouched condition.
