Description

A high quality 19th century French gilt bronze and marble clock , the green ball dial with applied gilt Roman numerals and a Wreath applied to the top.

This is a rare clock measuring 14.5" high. The base is white marble with applied bronze swags and floral detail. A finely cast bronze Maiden playing a trumpet with 2 bronze urns at either side. The ball measures 3" in diameter and compliments the clock superbly. The 8 day bell strike lever movement is held within the Green patinated bronze ball Circa 1860.

This is presented in very good condition and is in very good working order.
