A fine small example of a late Georgian Mahogany chamfer top bracket clock dating to the early 19th Century. It has a traditional chamfer top surmounted by a pineapple finial., inset brass edged quadrants, brass carrying handles and brass fishscale fret side panels. It has a 6 inch convex painted dial and a convex glass. The dial is signed by the original makers Gravel and Son, London. It has an 8 day fusee timepiece (doses not strike) pendulum movement, with a holdfast screw for the pendulum. William Gravel and Son are listed as working 1828-63. The clock comes complete with two keys, one for winding and one forr the lockable bezel and back door as seen in photos.

The case is in excellent original good condition the dial has been restored, the movement has been recently serviced and is guaranteed for 12 months. If you would like a video clip of this clock working please email.
