Description

A good late 19th century repeating CARRIAGE CLOCK by the famous French maker: Alfred Drocourt.

The 8-day movement which retains its original lever platform escapement, strikes hours and half-hours on a gong, repeating hours at will via the upper button. It is contained in a good “Corniche” case with bevelled glass panels and both dial and hands are original and in perfect condition. Complete with original numbered (22304) key with matching numbers on both case and movement.
