Description

Attractive garniture clock set of late Victorian taste in engraved slate case, inlaid & mounted with marble features, the urns mounted with gilded metal paw feet & pierced finials. Eight day striking movement by “Jappy Freres”, working & complete with adjustable pendulum & key.

Design probably in the aesthetic style but a handsome & visually striking set in exceptional condition.

Clock 31 cm tall, 30.5cm wide & 12.5cm deep. Each urn is 32cm tall, 15 cm wide & 11.5cm deep.
