Masons Antiques has dated this piece to the 1890s.
This is because it strikes the quarters on one set of rods followed by the hour on another set of rods. e.g. at, say, 3.15 the clock will strike once on one rod ( quarter past ) followed by three strikes on a different rod ( three O'Clock. ).

Enamelled dial, triple weight, striking on the quarters and the hours on rods.
Stamped G.B. on the striking block. Latch-plate movement.
This clock has just been fully overhauled and serviced.
A true collectors clock.
