Lacquered Bracket Clock

1900 - 1920
Description

A black lacquered and gilt bracket clock, in the late 17th century style. It has a bell top shaped case with ornate brass carrying handle. The black lacquered case is decorated with raised gilt oriental decoration. It has a brass dial with silvered chapter ring. The English 8 day platform movement strikes the hours and halves on a gong. English c.1920

Current Condition

The case is in good original condition, the movement has been serviced and comes with a 12 months' guarantee
