Description

A very elegant French Empire style Portico Clock. dating from around 1850.

The case is in walnut with some beautiful inlaid decoration. The dial surround, column capitals and pendulum are beautiful quality gilt bronze. The 8 day movement strikes the hours on a bell and has a most attractive silvered engine turned dial.

The case is in lovely original condition and the movement is in good working order.

The maximum dimensions are:
