Regency Convex Fusee Dial Clock

Description

A good quality and very original mahogany dial clock dating to the early 19th century. It has a slim outer rim with a cast brass bezel and a high convex glass. The case is of traditional pegged construction, retaining its original pegs. It has an 8 day fusee pendulum movement with shaped plates. The convex enamel dial is signed by the original maker, Thomas Harris of Bath. He is listed as a maker in fashionable Bath 1812-1825, working in upper Borough Wall.

The case is in good original condition, the movement has been fully serviced and is guaranteed for 12 months. The clock comes complete with keys and a set up/running instruction video.
