19th Century French Clock Garniture

Description

The movement by Barrard and Vignon. Stamped D’ Horologerie 16 Rue Commines Paris, numbered 362. The hand painted porcelain dial has the retailers name De Lambert. This lovely mellow brown onyx case is replicated in the en-suite candelabras. Gilt brass, hand chased, fretwork spandrels adorn the three pieces. The set even comprises two original candle stuffers. Working order. Overall very good original condition made around 1880.The dimensions shown are for the clock, the candelabra measure 41 x 17 x 14
