Antique Pine Cornish Longcase Clock

19th century
Description

A good sized Cornish pine longcase clock. The solid pine case has a break-arch hood, a short door and a shaped base plinth. The painted dial has a subsidiary seconds dial and a date window is signed William St Ives (JASPER WILLIAMS 1844-1847)

It has an 8 day bell striking movement.

Dimensions:

19.00inch wide 82.00inch high 9.50inch deep

(48.26 cm wide 208.28 cm high 24.13 cm deep)

Condition:

A very original clock- The case has been sealed and waxed. The movement has been serviced and is guaranteed for 12 months (our professional servicing includes cleaning, any necessary bushing, pivot polishing, testing and timing)
