Description

An extremely good quality French Belle Epoque brass mantel clock with shaped moulds and four bevelled glass edged sides. The clock is ornately decorated with bronze gilt ormolu scrolling leaf mounts which terminate to hoof feet surmounted with urn, torch, sceptre and roses. The clock has a white enamel chapter ring with visual escapement and an eight day French movement which strikes the hours and half hours on a bell with compensating pendulum.

The brass has been cleaned and lacquered and the clock movement has been cleaned and serviced and comes with a 12 month guarantee.
