Attractive Warm Oak Grandfather Clock with 8 Day Striking Movement Circa 1830-4 by the Ellis & Co, Exeter, Devon -Partnership of Henry Ellis (b 1790, mar.1815, d 1871) with Robert Drake Grant. Service Labels on Trunk Door including for 1880. The Movement is in Very Good Clean Condition and has been Checked, Oiled and Tested to be in Full and Good Antique Working Condition with both the Seconds and Date Chapter Working. Sensible Size at 85in or 216cm including the Eagle. (83in or 211.5cm without Eagle)
