An absolute design classic: a wonderful example of a 1930's advertising wall clock for Craven 'A' cigarettes. The early plastic case - possibly Bakelite - has all the design features associated with the times, being bold and architectural with rounded corners and projecting steps top and bottom. The original Smiths movement hasn't been tested so it is being sold as-seen. It could, presumably, be serviced and made to work, or replaced with a modern movement. This Art Deco design icon is English, dating from the 1930's, and is ready to be hung as a work of art on any wall in the house.
