A superbly polished case with a deep, rich, age related patina that only age can produce. Quarter reeded pillars to the front with part inlaid brass inlay of London style. Gilt finials and standing on splayed bracket feet.

To the lunnet are subsiduary rise and fall dial and STRIKE/SILENT control. Front opening, gilt surround door with heavy, bevelled glass.
The 8 day movement strikes on the quarters with a double "ting-tang" chime and the number of hours on the hour. It has an outstandingly clear sound and tone. It has just been fully overhauled by our BHI registered staff and carries our usual 12 mths full parts and labour guarantee.
