Attractive Walnut Wall Clock with Barometer and Thermometer

19th century
Description

A rather rare and unusual wall clock in walnut from we suspect the late 1800s. This has a good German movement in the carved case which we think could in fact be French, the writing on the barometer face is French. All three items on this good looking clock are working as they should and we have had the clock at Country clocks, the local horologists to have the movement set in beat and regulated. The pretty brass hands sweep over the enamel numbers on the exposed face and the movement strikes on a gong. It is a good size at 94cms long overall and certainly has a presence when it sits on the wall, particularly as it is in a very nice clean condition with good colour and finish. Sensibly priced too.

Dont hesitate to give us a call if you would like to discuss. 01565 874075
