The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1960s.
The watch has a top quality automatic 21-jewel ETA movement which is working nicely.
The watch measures 33mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the lugs. The case is 9 carat gold and there are hallmarks inside the case back for London 1963. The case is in good condition with just the odd minor mark, nothing serious at all. The back of the watch has a 1964 engraving, possibly for a 21st birthday.

The lens is in good condition.
The signed dial is in its original finish and it is in good condition with original hands, centre seconds and an early form of quickset date where the hands and moved backwards and forwards repeatedly between 12.15 midnight and 8.30pm until the desired date is reached.

A later leather strap has been fitted.
