The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1950s.
The watch has a bumper automatic movement which is working nicely. This is the calibre 28.5-1 which was in production from 1944 until 1953. The movement is fully signed and the serial number 2,491,280 dates it back to 1951
Later automatic watches have the fully rotational rotor.

The watch measures 33mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the lugs. The case is gold plated with the thicker 40 microns as opposed to the usual 10 or 20 microns, and it is in very nice condition. The stainless steel screw-on case back is signed with the Tissot name, it also states that the watch is waterproof but, as with any vintage watch, it should be kept away from water and moisture.

The lens is in good condition.
The signed dial is in its original finish with original dauphine shaped hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and an outer minute track. The dial has darkened with age, plenty of vintage appeal.
A later leather strap has been fitted.
The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.
