The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1940s.
The watch has a bumper automatic movement, calibre 332, which was in production from 1949 to 1952.
Later automatic watches have the fully rotational rotor.

The movement is signed with the Omega name and the serial number 11,830,956 dates it back to around 1949.
The watch measures 35mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the lugs. The case is stainless steel and it is in good condition with just some fairly light surface scratches to the screw-on case back. The inside of the case back has the Omega stamp and the case reference 2583-5 which is correct for the calibre 332.

The winding crown has the Omega logo.
The lens is in good condition.
The signed dial is in good condition with dauphine shaped hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and inner minute markers.
A new leather strap has been fitted.
