1930s Swiss Stem Winding Pocket Watch.

Description

1930s Swiss stem winding pocket watch.

The watch has a stem-winding movement which is working nicely. The movement is stamped 10 jewels. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover which has the odd mild bruise from use.

The watch measures 49.5mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is silver and has London import marks for 1931 with the importers mark for George Stockwell. The case has light surface marking from use but overall it is in nice condition.

The glass lens has the odd minor mark from use but overall it is in nice condition.

The dial is in nice condition with blued steel hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and an outer minute track with 24 hour numbers.

The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.

Price includes worldwide postage

We are an on-line only business and do not have facilities for callers. Our offices are open from Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

With regards to appraisals / valuations, we receive a huge number of information requests each day and unfortunately do not have the manpower to deal with them all individually. Our advice would be to contact a local auctioneer for a full appraisal.
