Description

An antique Waltham full hunter pocket watch, 1896.

The watch has a stem-wound movement, Traveler grade, which is working nicely. The movement is fully signed and the serial number 7926059 which dates it back to 1898. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover.

The watch measures 52mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is gold plated. The case has light surface marking from use and some wear to the front and back covers. The back cover has a small bruise.

The winding crown pushes in to open the front cover. Inside there is an acrylic lens which is in nice condition.

The signed dial has a couple of faint hairline cracks between 11 & 12 o,clock but otherwise it is in nice condition.

The watch has its original blued steel hands.

The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.
