The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1920s.
The watch has a signed Swiss hand-winding movement which is working nicely.
The case is 14ct gold plated and was originally guaranteed to wear for 20 years which is a very good sign of quality. After years of use, there is now some rubbing along the top and bottom of the watch front although not too detrimental to the naked eye.

The watch glass is in good condition.
The signed white dial looks good to the naked eye. If viewed through a jeweller's loupe, there is a hairline crack running between 8 and 12, but it is very faint. Blued steel hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and an outer minute track.
A new leather strap has been fitted.
The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.
