The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1930s.
The watch has a good quality Swiss Revue 15-jewel stem-winding movement which is working nicely.
The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover.

The watch measures 50mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is gold plated and was made by Dennison, a prolific supplier of pocket watch cases to various watch makers. The front cover has a small lens surrounded by enamel filled Roman numerals. The case has light surface marking but overall is in good condition.

The winding crown pushes in to open the front cover. Inside there is an acrylic lens which is in good condition.
The dial is signed with the name of the original retailer, Burn & Son, Newbury. It is in lovely condition and has blued steel hands (including the special half hunter hour hand), a subsidiary seconds dial and an outer minute track.
The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.
