Description

Gents early 1960s Smiths Astral wristwatch.

The watch has a hand-winding movement, 15 jewels, which is working nicely.

The watch measures 32mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the lugs. The case is plated and it has a stainless steel case back which has a couple of small “dings”. There is some surface marking to the case but overall the condition is good for a piece from the early 1960s.

The lens is in good condition.

The signed dial has its original blued steel hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and outer minute markers.

A new leather strap has been fitted.

The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.
