An early 20th giltwood ‘Sunburst’ wall clock in the Louis XVI style, with an eight day movement. This timepiece has a French movement which is wound from the front and has a platform escapement which has been replaced. The clock has been fully serviced. It has a white enamel dial with Roman numerals in black, and pierced, gilt metal hands. It was made in France in around 1910.
