Description

1930s Herald full hunter pocket watch by Revue Thommen.

The watch has a stem-winding movement which is working nicely. The movement is signed Herald, Swiss made and it is protected by an inner hinged cover (which has some light surface marking from being opened over the years).

The watch itself measures 50.5mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is gold plated and there are some light wear by the hinge and small “dings” to the front cover but overall it is in nice condition for a 1930s piece.

The winding crown pushes in to open the front cover. Inside there is an acrylic lens which is in good condition.

The white enamel dial is in nice condition.

The watch has gold hands which have been blued at some stage of its life and a blued steel sub second hand.

The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.
