The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1900s.
The watch measures 50mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is silver and there are hallmarks inside the case back for Chester 1902.

The later acrylic watch lens is in good condition.
The dial has blued steel hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and an outer minute track. There is a fairly faint hairline crack running from the subsidiary seconds dial up to number 11.

The watch comes with a hallmarked silver chain, 34cm long including the T-bar and the chain. There is also a shorter chain upon which hangs an interesting swivel fob.
The watch and chain will be sent in a new presentation box.
