Ormolu Clock Set

19th century
Description

Ormolu and white, marble clock set, made by Vincenti , C1880, with white porcelain 4.5 ins dial, 8 day duration, striking the hours and half hours on a bell. Sun burst pendulum. The ormolu case having a pediment of arrowheads and feathered arrows with flaming torch and garlands. The applied mouldings mainly of vine leaves, fruiting vine and flowers. The garnitures of empire style heads supporting basket of fruiting vines on triform marble bases. All in superb condition, fully serviced and guaranteed for 12 months.
