Description

A French Louis XV style mantel clock dating to the mid 19th Century. It has a waisted shaped rosewood case with floral marquetry inlay. The case is applied with polished ormolu Rococo decoration. It has an enamel dial with Roman numerals and Arabic five minute markers. The 8 day bell striking movement sounds the hours and halves and was made by Marti of Paris.

Current Condition
