Antique silver Omega full hunter pocket watch and chain.

The watch has a stem-winding movement which is working nicely. The movement is signed with the Omega name. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover upon which are details of medals won at The Paris Grand Prix in 1900.

The watch measures 48mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is not hallmarked but a chemical test has confirmed that it is silver. There is engine turned detail to both the front and back of the case, and the front also has a vacant cartouche. There is some unevenness to the outer case. The inside of the case back has the early Omega stamp.

The small button on top of the winding crown pushes in to open the front cover. Inside, there is an acrylic lens which is in good condition.

The signed dial is in good condition.

The watch comes with a hallmarked silver chain, 31cm long including the T-bar and the clasp. There is also a shorter chain which houses a silver fob. The chain and fob weigh 35g.

The watch and chain come in a vintage presentation box from the jewellers Pearce & Son of Leicester.
