The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1940s.
The watch has a 15-jewel hand-winding movement, calibre 26.5 T3, which is working nicely.
The movement is held in place by the retainer and that is why there are empty holes within the movement, the retaining screws are not required.

The watch measures 31mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the lugs so it would suit a slimmer wrist. The case is stainless steel and it is in good condition. The inside of the screw-on case back has the triangular Omega logo and the case reference 2165 which is correct for the calibre 26.5 T3 movement, and also the Civil Service (India) mark . The winding crown is probably a later replacement.

The lens is in good condition.
The signed dial has feuille shaped hands in a blued finish, a subsidiary seconds dial and an outer minute track.
A new leather strap has been fitted.
The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.
