The attractive case has fluted quarter columns to the trunk and matching columns to the hood. The hood has a nicely proportioned swan neck pediment with unusual studded brass inlays.
The 8 day movement strikes the hours on a bell and has a most attractive painted dial. It has a subsidiary dials for seconds and date.
The movement has recently been serviced and is in excellent working order and keeping good time.
