Antique 1906 Waltham Pocket Watch and Chain

An antique 1906 Waltham pocket watch with chain.

The watch has a stem-winding movement, grade 610, which is working nicely. The nicely patterned movement movement is fully signed and the serial number 14,981,982 dates it back to 1906. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover.

The watch measures 50mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case was made by the Dennison Watch Company, a prolific manufacturer of cases for various watch makers, although they had a particularly close relationship with Waltham. The case is 14ct gold plated and was Dennison's highest grade gold plated model, originally guaranteed to wear for 25 years. The case is in lovely condition, just a couple of very shallow indentations to the back, nothing serious at all.

The watch glass is in good condition.

The signed dial is in beautiful condition.

The watch comes with a double albert.

The watch and chain will be sent in a new presentation box.
