A Silver 1930s Buren Pocket Watch.

1920 - 1940
Description

A silver 1930s Buren pocket watch.

The watch has a signed stem-winding movement which is working well. The movement is stamped Buren, 15 jewels, Swiss made.

The watch measures 50.5mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is silver and there are hallmarks inside the case back for Birmingham 1934 with the makers mark for the Dennison Watch Case Company . The case has light surface marks from use but overall it is in nice condition. The inner case back a presentation inscription dated 1934.

The acrylic lens is in nice condition.

The white enamel dial is signed Buren and has a faint hairline crack to the outer edge between 9 & 11 o'clock but otherwise it is in nice condition.

The watch has its original blued steel hands.

The watch comes in a new presentation box.

Price includes worldwide postage.
