Description

An antique 9ct gold trench watch, 1919.

The watch has a Swiss hand-winding movement which is working nicely.

The watch measures 31.5mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the fixed wire lugs. The case is 9 carat gold and there are hallmarks inside the hinged case back for Birmingham 1919 with a maker's mark for the Dennison Watch Case Company. The case back has some unevenness but other than that it is in good condition.

The watch glass is in good condition.

The white enamel dial, with the blue number 12, has a few hairline cracks but they are faint.

The watch has a vintage strap, probably not the original, and an extra hole has been created at some stage.

The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.
