Description

The watch has a hand-windng movement, calibre 12.68ZS, which is working nicely. The movement is signed with the Longines name and the serial number 11,092,422 dates it back to 1959.

The watch measures 33.5mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the lugs. The case is 9 carat gold and there are hallmarks inside the case back for Birmingham 1960 with a case maker's mark for the Dennison Watch Case Company, a prolific producer of cases for many watch manufacturers. The inner case back is also signed Baume, who were the UK importers for Longines watches. The case is in good condition.

The lens is in good condition too.

The dial has been re-finished at some stage. Original hands, second sweep and outer minute markers.

A new leather strap has been fitted.

The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.
