The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1900s.
The watch has a key-wound movement which is working nicely. The movement is fully signed and the serial number 10,148,055 dates it back to 1900. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover.
The watch measures 52.5mm diameter excluding the stem and the loop.
The case has some areas of unevenness.

The discrepancy in dates between the movement and the case tells us that they are not original to each other. However there is no scar damage so we can assume that this movement is the same grade as the original.

The acrylic lens is in good condition.
The signed dial is in good condition, just a little marking on the subsidiary seconds dial.
The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.
