Description

This is a very stylish Gent's vintage Rolex Oyster Speedking Precision wristwatch in a stainless steel case with an 18ct white gold bezel. The watch retains its original dial which has a beautiful aged patina. The watch also has its original screw-down crown which is signed 'Rolex Oyster'. The case is 31mm in diameter, excluding the crown. The case is numbered 384,525 which dates the watch to 1946. This Rolex has a manual wind, 17 jewel movement with a patented super balance. The screw-off case back is also signed RWC Ltd to the interior.

This watch has been fully serviced by a member of the British Horological Society and the British Watch and Clock Makers Guild. The watch comes with a copy of the service document.

The dial is the original and has centre seconds with Arabic numerals and an outer minute track. The watch was fitted with a brand-new glass when it was serviced. The case is predominantly steel but the bezel is 18ct white gold. The case has been professionally polished. The movement runs beautifully and the watch keeps excellent time, as one would expect from a watch produced by this renowned manufacturer. It is ready for years of service to its new owner.
